  • Shipping Time - Each item is custom handcrafted after you place your order. Orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, with most orders arriving within 14 days of the order date. 
  • Packaging - Framed prints and canvases are securely packaged and shipped in rigid, double-wall corrugated boxes. Print only larger than 14 x 11" will be shipped rolled in a heavy-duty spiral-wound tube.
  • Returns - Each artwork is meticulously made to order and produced only after your purchase has been confirmed. This allows us to tailor the artwork to your needs and remain sustainable, printing locally and on demand. Since we don't keep stock and can't resell the artwork, we cannot accept returns.
